This Legal Notice regulates access to the contents and services offered, if any, by ACPRO through its Website, as well as the use thereof by users.

Access to the Web Site by minors is prohibited, unless they are accompanied by their parents or guardians.

All contents of the Website are the property of ACPRO or in any case this is a legitimate assignee of such contents. Access to and browsing of the Website shall not imply any waiver, transfer, license or assignment of the intellectual and industrial property rights held by ACPRO, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The information contained in the Website, its graphic design and computer language code in any of its expressions constitutes a work protected by the Intellectual Property Law, being ACPRO the exclusive owner or lawful assignee of the rights relating thereto.

The incorporation to the Website of trademarks and logos of third parties with which the owner of the Website has or has had some kind of service or business relationship, is for information purposes only, and without any kind of direct commercial exploitation of such elements.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, modification, transfer and any other act of exploitation or use of the contents of the Web Site, as well as of the computer sequences that make it work, is expressly prohibited without the prior, express and written authorization of ACPRO or, as the case may be, of the holder of the corresponding rights.

The User has a strictly private right of use, exclusively for the purpose of enjoying the benefits of the service in accordance with this Legal Notice. References to names and commercial or registered trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs, whether owned by ACPRO or third party entities, carry implicit prohibitions on their use without the consent of ACPRO or its rightful owners.

If the User becomes aware of the existence of any content that is illicit, illegal, contrary to the law or that could involve an infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, he/she must immediately notify ACPRO so that it can proceed with the adoption of the appropriate measures.

7.1 Links to other websites.

In the event that the User may find links to other Web pages on the Website by means of different buttons, links, banners, etc., these would be managed by third parties. ACPRO cannot assume any type of responsibility for any aspect relating to the Web page to which a link may be established from the Web Site. The establishment of any type of link from the Web Site to another website does not imply that there is any type of relationship, collaboration or dependence between ACPRO and the party responsible for the third-party Website.

7.2 Links on other Web pages to the Web Site.

If any User, entity or Web Site wishes to establish any kind of link to the Web Site, it must comply with the following stipulations:

(i) The link may only be directed to the Home Page of the Website, unless expressly authorised in writing by ACPRO.

(ii) The link must be absolute and complete, i.e. it must lead the User, by means of a click, to the URL address of the Website itself and must cover the full extent of the screen of the Website’s Home Page. The page that establishes the link may not state in any way that ACPRO has authorized such link, unless ACPRO has done so expressly and in writing; If the entity that makes the link from its page to the Web Site correctly wishes to include in its Web page the brand, denomination, name, name, label, logo, slogan or any other type of identifying element of ACPRO and/or the Website, you must first have their express written authorization.
ACPRO assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any aspect relating to the Website that establishes such a link to the Website.

ACPRO may modify this Legal Notice, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes in the same form in which this same Legal Notice appears or through any type of communication addressed to Users. The temporary validity of this Legal Notice coincides, therefore, with the time of its exposure, until they are totally or partially modified, at which time the modified Legal Notice will become effective. ACPRO may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time without prior notice, access to the contents of the page, without the possibility for the User to demand any compensation whatsoever.

The headings of the various clauses are for information purposes only, and shall not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of the Legal Notice. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of this Legal Notice and the particular conditions of each specific service, the provisions of the latter shall prevail. In the event that any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice shall be held invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the Legal Notice. The failure of ACPRO of any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by you.

The relations established between ACPRO and the User shall be governed by the provisions of current Spanish legislation. ACPRO and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, shall submit any disputes and/or litigation to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
